The Reclaimed Water Purification and Reuse System mainly consists of ultra-filtration device and reverse osmosis device.

 1. The ultra-filtration device is one kind of membrane separation process by using sieving as separating principle and using pressure as driving force. The filtration accuracy can be 0.005-0.01μm, it can effectively remove the particle, colloid, bacteria, heat source and macromolecular organic substances. It can be widely used for substance separation, concentration and concentration. There is no phase inversion during the ultra-filtration. The operation can be in room temperature, it is most suitable for separation of thermo-sensitive substance, with the good performance of temperature resistance, acid-alkali resistance and oxidation resistance. It can be used continuously for a long time under the condition of lower 60℃ and PH is 2~11.

2. The reverse osmosis is one kind of membrane separation technology. Its principle is: the raw water will pass through the reverse osmosis membrane under the high pressure force, the solvent in the water will diffuse from high concentration to low concentration, to achieve the purpose of separation, purification and concentration. As its penetrating direction is reverse to the nature, therefore, it is named reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis can remove the bacteria, virus, colloid, organic matter and more than 98% dissolved salt. This method has the advantages of low running cost, easy operation, high automation, and stable output water quality. Compared with traditional water treatment, it has obvious advantages, can be widely used for all kinds of water treatment industry.
