High efficiency filter is used for purifying the dust particles with diameter smaller than 0.5um. It is normally applied as the final filter. It adopts the superfine glass fiber paper as the filter material, adopts rubber plate paper and aluminum foil plate to be folded as the division plate. It adopts new type polyurethane glue to seal and the frame is made of galvanized sheet, stainless steel plate and aluminum alloy sections.
