The resistance of cartridge filter dust collector will increase with the filter area expansion. When the resistance reaches the appointed setting value, one high-speed high-pressure air flow will be ejected from the sprayed tube holes to clean the dust through the blowback system pulse valve. At this time, the PLC controls the start and stop of pulse valve, when it is opened, the compressed air in the air bag will enter into cartridge filters evenly via the Venturi tube, which becomes a sudden positive pressure and make a strong vibration so that the dust will fall down to the dust hopper from the filter material. The collected dust will be discharged into the dust hopper by the dust discharging valve. The cartridge filters are installed vertically, with better dust cleaning effect, it is applied in the working section which has higher dust concentration.
