With the force of the blower, the dusty air will flow into the dust collector. Due to the sudden expansion of touch area and under the force of air distribution plate, part of the big particles will sink down to the dust hopper by gravity and inertia force. The small and light dust particles will enter into the filter house, with the combined effect of Brownian diffusion and the fiber blocking, the dust will sink on the surface of filter material. The purified air will enter into the purified air house and exhausted from the air outlet by the blower. The resistance of cartridge filter dust collector will increase with the filter area expansion. When the resistance reaches the appointed setting value, one high-speed high-pressure air flow will be ejected from the sprayed tube holes to clean the dust through the blowback system pulse valve. At this time, the PLC controls the start and stop of pulse valve, when it is opened, the compressed air in the air bag will enter into cartridge filters evenly via the Venturi tube, which becomes a sudden positive pressure and make a strong vibration so that the dust will fall down to the dust hopper from the filter material. The collected dust will be discharged into the dust hopper by the dust discharging valve. 

The filters are installed with the angle of 150°, which is easier to be replaced. In the main body of equipment, there are some transmission components, which can minimize the maintenance work. For general duct, the cartridge filters can be used a long time without replacing, reducing the changing and cleaning work and saving lots of maintenance cost.
