Packing type spraying tower is filled with different forms of packing in the spray tower. The sprayed water will be attached to the water film on the packing, to enhance the contact surface between air and water. This purifier is especially suitable for used in paint mist purification.

In the spray tower, the paint mist enters into the lower part of the tower and fully contacts with the water film through the packing surface. Inside the tower there is a row or several rows of nozzles, water mist will be moved downward by gravity, the direction is opposite to the paint mist. The paint mist flow will be discharge after water mist purification. Before the air is discharged, the dehydration layer will capture the droplet from the air flow.

The paint mist will enter into the circulating water tank after captured by the droplet. It can be recycled after sedimentation and residue separation. As the waste air is partially dissolved in water during the washing process, the circulating water reaches saturation after long-time running. At this time, some circulating water should be discharged, and some fresh water will be added into the water pool to keep the circulating water in a certain absorbing ability. The wastewater after replacement can be recovered by the specialized recycling institution, which can realize zero emission without secondary pollution to the water body.
