Feature:

1. CHY-LS Acid Chiller consists of refrigerating unit, heat exchanger unit, acid heat insulated tank, safety protection device and operation panel. The circulation system has been improved, integrate the condensation system into acid storage module, which has the advantages of smaller dimension, light weight and smaller installation space. Meanwhile, the acid storage module can be customized according to the client’s requirement in dimension and installation method (vertical type or horizontal).

2. The refrigeration module adopts imported compressor, built-in safety protection, with the advantage of low noise, energy-saving and durable.

3. The circulating cooling water pump is imported, with the advantage of big flow capacity, high efficiency and long service life.

4. It adopts low noise axial flow fan, ensure the unit operates steadily and quietly.

5. Equipped with imported high precision digital temperature controller, which can control the water range ±1℃, the design temperature range is 5℃-40℃.

6. The water tank type evaporator is stainless steel, built-in automatic moisturizing device, easy for maintenance and cleaning.

7. Considering the heat exchanger design, it adopts high efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger and special air cooling type heat exchanger (corrugated fins, inner grooved copper tube), which has good performance and works reliably.

8. The refrigerating system adopts R22 as refrigerant, which reduces the environmental hazard. Heat exchange module adopts new type graphite dilution condenser. It adopts the high thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance material with heat conductivity coefficient of 120W/m.℃., which remarkably good cooling effect. The cooling effect is far better than the PP modified graphite or lead tube. Heat conductivity coefficient of PP modified graphite is 3.016W/m.℃, and heat conductivity coefficient of lead is 34.8w/m.℃.

9. The whole system can operate automatically according to setting technological parameter, the liquid level and temperature is automatically displayed and controlled.
