The automatic acid dilution system has the following features:

1. It adopts graphite heat exchanger, with high heat-conducting performance, not easy to have leakage or be broken, long service life.

2. The acid dilution speed is faster, production capacity can be 1m³/h～5m³/h.

3. It is equipped with online density monitor device, the density checking accuracy can be 2‰.

4. It is automatic control, the operation can be finished on the HMI, one-key start.

5. Concentration acid and pure water is mixed in the heat exchanger, therefore, the highest temperature during heat releasing is inside the heat exchanger, which can protech the acid mixing tank.

6. It is equipped with two acid mixing tanks, which can be switched automatically, realizing automatic continuous acid dilution.
